“Dear Lorraine,
I feel absolutely wonderful after our session today. Spiritually I feel uplifted and joyous and full of yet unknown expectations that seems to be awakening within me. Physically I feel excellent! My back was a little sore on my way home. It felt like muscles that were sore but after I got home that totally diminished. I felt like I was walking on clouds and as I let the studio today I felt light as a feather on my way to my car. I was only home for about 15 minutes and then my husband and my son and I were going to attend a defensive driving course. We had hoped to get our rates lowered because they are high with a teenage boy driver. The class was in Camden from 6-9pm. It was the last thing I wanted to do but I did it anyway. I felt fine while sitting there and not tired or bored. It is now 12:30 and still feeling energized. My mind seems to just be buzzing along. I spoke with my son about how the yoga has been teaching me about my body and how to balance itself. I am anxious for him to try yoga for himself. I also looked over the website of Elise Browning Miller, and your web site. All very interesting and now I feel like I have had a full day and will sleep well. I don’t think I mentioned that I have been sleeping very deeply since our classes have started. I have been doing some deep breathing and concentrating on the breath and fall off to sleep so quickly I don’t even remember it happening.

Blessings to you,

“As an early onset Parkinson’s patient I can attest to the benefits of yoga I have enjoyed for the last 10 years. The positions, breathing and relaxation have helped me maintain strength, balance and endurance as well as providing varied techniques to cope with the many aches, pain and stresses that occur on a daily basis. It is a total mind, body and spirit enrichment that would benefit everyone that practices yoga.’

‘”The Place at Center is a wonderful studio where I practice yoga.  Yoga is the most fulfilling therapy for your mind, body & soul.  The instructor is so caring and knowledgeable on yoga and always reminds us to be kind to your body.  Yoga is the one practice where I can find inner peace within myself and it helps me cope with many aspects of my life.  Yoga is a forever practice for me.

The Place at Center is where I will always practice yoga and receive great Karma!
